The article, based on the analysis of materials of the archive of interviews of representatives of the North East of England "Talk of the Toon", presents the results of the experimental study of the specificity of actualization of morphological deviations in the speech of speakers of the North East dialect of England in the period 1960-1990. In the course of studying the grammatical features of the dialect, it was confirmed the expediency of their consideration on territorial, temporal, social and gender grounds. The study of these features was carried out in two stages. Within the first stage, the main types of morphological abnormalities of the North East dialect of England were identified and actual material was analyzed in order to identify quantitative indicators of the functioning of these dialect features. In the course of the second stage, the peculiarities of the studied deviations, registered in this way, were correlated with the following factors of their functioning: the socio-cultural level of the speaker (high, medium, low), their gender (man, woman). Interpretation of the obtained results made it possible to establish the percentage indicators of the frequency of functioning morphological deviations. Moreover, for the sake of clarity, a graphical interpretation of the quantitative dependence of the implementations of particular types of these deviations on the sociocultural (high, medium, low) level has been provided. It can be argued that in the period 1960-1990, there was no significant shift from the traditional correlation of socio-cultural level and standardization of language. Moreover, the gender of speakers continues to hold its ground as a contributing factor to the normalization of broadcasting. At the same time, changes in the society of the northeastern region make it possible to suppose further changes in the established laws.
